Eleven

Located in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District, the Eleven office tenant improvement project reimagines a former printing press space into an office and studio space for a contemporary advertising agency. The concrete frame structure and existing mezzanines were stripped back to the primary elements. Glass and steel storefronts were inserted within the structural column grid providing conference and support spaces below the perimeter mezzanine with open office and collaborative spaces above. The double height entry space is anchored by a wood clad bleacher stair that provides connection and opportunity for casual meetings and presentations. Phone booths and huddle rooms are throughout the space and provide relief to an open office work environment. The scope of work entailed a completely new space including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sandblasted concrete, polished concrete floors, wood finishes, and all new offices, reception, kitchen, and conference rooms.
