500 Sansome Office Building

The rehabilitation of the 500 Sansome Office Building, located in San Francisco’s Financial District, aimed to refresh a structure originally built in 1929. Working together with San Francisco-based practice Wilk Architecture, the scope of work entailed a seismic upgrade, new electrical service, all new rooftop, mechanical, exterior restoration including windows, two new elevators, and tenant improvements. All work was completed without disruption while the building remained occupied. The Class B office building offers small to medium sized businesses 3,000sf of high-quality space for lease.
