Telegraph Residences

Located on San Francisco’s Telegraph Hill, this townhome project required new construction of three urban townhomes and renovation of an existing cottage on the area’s last unbuilt parcel. Primarily a residential area known for its lush gardens, Telegraph Hill is also a tourist attraction and home to Coit Tower. Designed by San Francisco-based practice Butler Armsden Architects, the project entails new construction including a parking podium, with three single-family townhomes fully separated, sharing only the parking podium.

Custom Home

A fourth dwelling unit entails a renovation and modification to an existing 1,000sf cottage located at the Southerly portion of the property. The project features over 16,000sf of high-end finishes and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer stunning cityscape views, some overlooking the well-known TransAmerica building. This high-profile project required a technical approach and heightened focus on planning, procurement and work execution to minimize or eliminate impact to the neighbors and tourists, as well as, the building’s operations. The result is a sophisticated and stylish townhome with a birds-eye views of city life.
