Led by Principal Kevin Russell, every member of the Centric team is dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service to our clients. From the smallest residential project to the most complex commercial development, the Centric team collaborates seamlessly with clients, their architects and designers to achieve their shared vision on time and on budget.
Principal – President of Bay Area Commercial Operations
Mr. Russell is responsible for oversight and management of Centric’s operations including Business Development, Finance, Estimating, Operations, Pre-construction and Construction. He is actively engaged in all of Centric’s projects throughout the greater Bay Area to ensure every Centric team maintains the highest levels of client service and quality. Mr. Russell received his Bachelors of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
As project manager, Hanno Nehrenheim is directly responsible for managing complex projects. For the last 20 years, Mr. Nehrenheim has focused on the construction of many commercial projects that include historic renovations, hotels and other complex construction projects. His primary duties include estimating, preconstruction, negotiating contracts,specialty material purchases, and supervising superintendents and engineers. Hanno Nehrenheim received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and MBA/MS in Engineering Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.
As superintendent, Mr. Wright has direct responsibility for safety, quality workmanship, on-time scheduling and keeping within the budget on each project. Mr. Wright has over 30 years of experience, and he plays an integral role in the implementation and supervision of successful projects. He initiates, coordinates and supervises all field operations from the beginning of a project until completion and acceptance by the owner.
As a project manager,, Mr. Stringer is directly responsible for monitoring job cost and schedules. He works closely with the architect and the owner to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Mr. Stringer’s experience gives him the ability to foresee potential issues and provide solutions before problems arise. With over 25 years in the construction industry, Mr. Stringer’s work ethic promotes focus and inspiration for his team.
As project manager, Mr. Foster is responsible for the oversight and management of projects. His responsibilities include, preconstruction, coordinating bid processes, estimating projects, maintaining budgets, and managing construction teams throughout the duration of the project. With over 15 years of experience in the construction field, Mr. Foster is a LEED Accredited Professional as well as OSHA 10 safety training certified. Scott Foster earned a Master’s of Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of California, Berkeley.
